My sons dad tested positive for covid yesterday and my son was with him Monday-Wednesday this week. My son currently has a fever of 104.4. He's lethargic (more so then ususal considering what time it is), his face and body are slightly red, he's very hot to the touch, won't eat, won't drink, and says he feels really sick. I'm not sure if I should take him in because of it potentially being covid or wait it out till the morning when I can call the doctor does anyone have any advice?
