When do you switch your glow account to pregnant?

Last month, I marked a pregnancy as soon as I got a faint line, but I ended up having a chemical. The app seemed to erase all my data for that cycle, which was frustrating? I have a faint line again (although a little darker than last month) and not sure if I want to risk losing a month of data again just in case? Anyone else have this issue?
