Confused about how many weeks I am?!

My last period was 7th June, glow is predicting I'm 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant but NHS website is saying 4 weeks...confused about how many weeks I actually am?

If your cycle began June 7th you are 5 weeks 4 days today. June 7th you were “1 day pregnant.” Due date March 14th (40 weeks).

I would say 5wks 4 days - I don’t know how they come up with different dates tbh but its only a rough idea until scan ☺️
