Supplements and other helpers
Has anyone seen success with taking different supplements while trying to conceive with PCOS?
I currently drink spearmint tea and take Myo- Inositol & D-Chiro supplement. Are there any other helpful supplements? Also, are there any helpful supplements for my partner?
For the last six or seven months, I have been following a mostly gluten and dairy-free diet as I've seen a lot of research to support that helping with PCOS. I feel like my last two cycles have been really good at 41 days each.
Also, what "tricks" have you guys used in order to conceive? Is there anything I can eat or do or take that may increase our chances? I don't care how ridiculous it is. I'm going to give it a shot. Lol
We've officially been trying for 14 months this month. This is my last cycle until I go to the doctor in a couple of weeks to go on Clomid. We just BD, as I'm in my fertile window (I think, anyways) and I put in my menstrual cup afterwards. I also laid with my legs up for about 10 minutes afterwards.
