‼️ EXTREMELY GRAPHIC TMI PIC ‼️ 10 days PP passing tissue???

I’m 10 days postpartum & I was having some cramping. I went to the bathroom & when I wiped I realized I’m passing a large amount of tissue. 
Is this normal/to be expected?? Do I need to go to the hospital???

This is endometrium and entirely normal and expected during periods and postpartum.

It happened to me a few years ago. It smelled horrible, like rotten meat. I kept telling my pb something was wrong because i would smell horribly after getting out of the shower and they took tests and everything came back clean. Once the tissue passed my vagina went back to normal. Its rare for tissue to be left behind but it does happen. If you develop any type of reaction or start smelling or the smell doesnt go away then I would bring it. Hope that's the last of it
