Spotting normal or something going on?

I'm only 5 weeks but I've been spotting after any kind of light activity. Gentle 10 mins of riding on the exercise bike caused cramps and a bit of spotting. Walking around the supermarket for 15 mins caused spotting. Is this unusual? It usually is just once on the toilet paper when I wipe and that's it. Brown blood, not red.
