Anyone with negative pregnancy test at 12dpo then git a BFP?

I’ve done a pregnancy test a couple of days ago and I think I could see a shadow. I waited a couple of days and this month I’ve done another test with is a BFN. I don’t know what to think and I’m a bit sad 😞. I should be between 10 and 12dpo, my period is not very regular.
