Little blue spots so tiny. Noticed it tonight after bath while I was putting lotion on his legs. Does anyone know what these might be?

Maybe just tiny bruises? If what I think I’m seeing is what you’re seeing. Babies get marks from everything (and nothing 🫤). 
I’d be a little more focused on that redness in baby’s crease there. It looks like it might be getting yeast-y. If you clean it now, dry it well, and put some squalor or Vaseline on it, you should be able to prevent a full-on yeast infection and that treatment. Sorry, I’m a healthcare worker and worked in a nursing home for a few years … I’ve seen a WHOLE lot of skin yeast infections 🤢
