I was 6weeks and 3 days does this look ok

So I had a very confusing ultrasound because I already had a pelvic ultrasound scheduled the ultrasound tech piped up and said she saw something but it was small the radiologist said it could be a cyst or a aborting gestational sack but I have three different pictures and one has a something in it and I need to see if anyone else has had this happen and turned out to be a healthy pregnancy and could there be a chance it’s twins
