When do you tell work?

I just started a new job in EVS at the hospital and found out im pregnant with a surprise baby. When do you tell work?

In theory you don’t have to tell them for a while (depending on what your work policy is) so if you wanted to wait a while you could

Personally i would wait until i was showing/couldn’t hide it anymore. I already told my work, but my boss is more a good friend of mine and a very relaxed work environment and i only work part time. With my first son, i told my boss around 10 weeks (completely different job) and they stopped putting me on the schedule :(
