Should I visit ER?

I know I’m in the wrong group but if you can pls share your thoughts.. 5 weeks 6 days today, having spotting from brown to red with absolutely no cramps.. pics below, sorry for tmi pics.. can you please suggest or advice if I need to prepare for the worst?
Day 1 of spotting-

The ER can’t help you unfortunately. They’ll keep you waiting for hours, send you an outrageous bill, and tell you that you have a threatened miscarriage (the only thing they can tell you really when you’re pregnant and bleeding). I have been where you are and I know how much it sucks to wait. I’m so sorry. But you really are better off waiting and calling your doctor.

Er wont do anything at all. They will diagnose you with a possible kiscarriage and send you to your ob. Wait for your ob to go get an apt if your worried. The er will do nothing and you will get a ridiculous bill. Also its not an emergency. So dont waste er resources

No this isn't for the ER. spotting can be normal in pregnancy because of all the extra blood flow makes your cervix more susceptible to irritation. If you're concerned you can call your OB/midwife
