Should I worry

I’ll be 14 weeks tomorrow, I’ve lost a few pretty good sized chunks of my mucus plug the last 3 or 4 times I’ve gone to the bathroom and ever since I’ve been having some pretty frequent period cramps. Should I be worried at all? Also if all of the plug comes out do I need to worry? This never happened this early with my first born so I don’t know what to think. I’m just scared. Please help me out

Edit to add: the cramps aren’t super painful but they’re definitely uncomfortable. Also it’s a little tmi but I do feel a bit more wet down there than usual but I’m not leaking fluid if that makes sense. Also I have lots of pressure down there
