Anatomy scan question

So I have a question for anyone who knows about Anatomy scans. Ive been having a REALLY had go at keeping food down my entire pregnancy, so when they did my Echocardiogram they did a mini anatomy scan. My little guy IS growing but hes averaging in the 28th percentile in everything EXCEPT his "trunk area". His femur went from 29th percentile to the 18th percentile all the while his trunk area is now measuring 2 weeks ahead of the rest of his body... Im 22 weeks and most of his body is measuring in the 21 week mark, which they said was normal. However his trunk is measuring just shy of 24 weeks. The sonographer said it was odd but still considered 'normal'. I know that I was told a week 'or so' difference in body parts was fine because its just an average, but is 2 freaking weeks past what hes supposed to be (22 weeks preg) and nearly 2.5 freaking weeks past what hus femur is measuring normal?
