Smoking weed while pregnant?

What are your opinions on people who smoke marijuana while pregnant I’ve read online and heard from personal friends. due to nausea and headaches and not being able to maintain an appetite marijuana joints usually help them with that what are your thoughts?

I think you should consult with a doctor than online. Just because nothing happened to their baby doesn’t mean it won’t go yours. 
There are other ways to kick nausea than smoking weed.

There is a lot of research speaking to the ill affects of smoking anything in pregnancy. There are nausea medications and pain relief medications. Your friends may say their baby turned out fine but who’s to say if they could have turned out better?

There are other things to help with nausea, things that have been tested. Depriving your baby of oxygen is never a good idea, no matter the reason.

Anyone can tell you anything online. It may not be true they’re just taking rubbish. 
I wouldn’t use it due to studies and I think there are better options if you’re struggling so that have been proven safe for mother and baby through significant studies.

My doctor said no to smoking but yes to edibles. Ask your ob and see what they say but everything comes with risk and I didn't find it worth it.

My thoughts are that these decisions should be between a pregnant person and their doctor, and that you shouldn’t make decisions based on anecdotal stories from “friends” and random online articles.
