With my first (natural) viable pregnancy, I spotted briefly on two occasions after transvaginal scans. With my current (IVF) pregnancy, I had brown and tannish spotting off and on from 4/5 weeks-10 weeks. It was so nerve-wracking, but I’m currently 22+3 and she’s healthy so far!

About 5 weeks pregnant spotted for a whole week.

With my oldest I had spotting all the way until 5 months. However, I had a life and death pregnancy due to extream HG and the stress from being ill was the reason I was spotting. With my youngest I didn't spot at all, but had really bad cramps until 22 weeks that turned into contractions once I hit 22 weeks. I struggled to stay pregnant with both of my children.
