Hello all , wondering if it’s safe to say I’ve ovulated ?

I got a positive OPK & positive digital clear blue OPK Sunday morning.

Glow predicted ovulation 07/18.

The night of 07/18 around midnight I woke up with slight cramps on my left side, my S/O & I did the deed & during my left side was cramping felt tender.

These are my ovulation test. Separated by day

Saturday

Sunday

Monday

& then the last two were taken today

The one was taken just now. Is it safe to assume I have already ovulated & can take a break from sex ? My S/O is wearing me out lbs.
