BBT. Started tracking looks crazy. Normal?

I havent tracked in a while. This already looks crazy. Is this normal ?

Fluctuations can be normal especially during your period. Make sure you’re using the right kind of thermometer (it’ll shave two places after the decimal) and take your temp at the same time everyday, after at least 4 hours of uninterrupted sleep, and before you move or talk or stretch or anything. 
A bunch of things can throw off your measurements. Like a change in room temperature or clothing, drinking alcohol, not sleeping well. Try not to get too caught up in any single measurement as you’ll be looking for an overall pattern over the entire chart. It’s not uncommon to have to throw out a temperature here or there.
