When will i move in my new apartment ?

If the people are moving out the end of this month. july
but of course after they move out they have to clean it for me and do maintenance if needed in the apartment right ? So idk maybe the beginning of August or middle of August?!!

Ask your landlord BUT from my experience doing turnover cleaning for a college town they tend to have the units ready within a few days of move outs. They want to start generating income ASAP so they do rush repairs and try to skimp on the deep cleaning. Before you move in, do a walkthrough with video and picture footage, write down EVERYTHING that they missed and send a signed copy of it to the landlord's email right away. That way you can't be blamed for it and you'll get your deposit back when you move out. Also, seems excessive to most people but you should get renters insurance.
