Implantation or Cycle?

I'm 12 days DPO and since ovulation my bbt has been the exact same at 98.0 until today. Today it was 98.6 and now I'm wondering what that means.

Does that mean my cycle that is late is coming or does that mean I may be experiencing implantation? Anyone have this happen to them mind sharing?
