Husband gave baby extra scoop of formula

I have a 11 week old and we were out last night amd my husband accidentally added a extra scoop of formula. I have little containers on the go filled with 2 scoops to make a 4oz bottle. I didn't plan on using it since for the past week he has been eating only 2oz at a time so I took the actual formula container. Well I left to pick up food and when I came back I noticed the 2 scoops wete gone and when I asked how much he made with the 2 oz he said the 2 scoops. (him now knowing)

So this morning he woke up spitting up yellow.. has this ever happened to anyone?😔
