Faint line

I’m Rose 19 had a miscarriage, need help please I took this test 4 days ago and I took a test yesterday morning and it was really faint. My symptoms are increase urination, sore boobs, cramping, nausea. I personally think chemical. I get my period in 4 days my sister in-law thinks I am and still a bit to early to tell. Help please!
