I was 9 wks pregnant with twins and one grew to 8 wks 5 days and the other grew to 9 wks 1 day however they check for heartbeats twice. Once at my ob and vaginally at the hospital, we check our online portal results this morning at it’s says no heartbeats twin fetal demise. I am completely heartbroken, this will be my second miscarriage. I had a miscarriage last September at 6 wks. I am done, I can’t keep putting myself and my family through this. I know this miscarriage will probably be physically harder because I am further along. If anyone has any insight, will my body miscarriage naturally? Or will I have to have a dnc or take a pill? I have to wait till Monday to talk to my doctor.
