13wks and scared 😨

I'm 13weeks tomorrow and today felt very painful pelvic sides all day.. it kinda stop but comes back less intense. all around my stomach been feeling cramps as well. I feel sore around my whole tummy stomach abdominal area and I feel like im about to explode..is this normal anyone experience this before ? should I worry? is my first pregnancy & going through the experience for the first time but im a bit scared feeling this.. I don't wanna lose my baby 🥺💔👶
