I feel like this is a dumb question but I'm honestly so confused. I could've sworn I saw people on a breastfeeding page on Facebook say the aap came out with new guidelines saying you can mix fresh breast milk with refrigerated breast milk (as long as it's from the same day). But when I went to google to double check I read that you're not supposed to do that. I'm just confused and don't want to do anything wrong that can be harmful to my LO
