Ova1 and Overa testing question

I was recently screened for Ovarian Cancer at my annual exam after ultrasound revealed cysts on both ovaries. I just got the blood work back and I am curious has anyone had experience of in having an elevated HE4 level but normal CA 125-II and it not be cancer? I’m only 32 for reference and first time having this test done. I’m going for a saline ultrasound soon. Any advice appreciated.
