So I’m majorly confused by my dates and situation and hoping someone can help!!

Period June 8th (short one two days max)

Got Covid on June 13th for two weeks pretty much

Expected period on July 8th - no period but also all pregnancy tests negative. Tested every few days until July 20th (12 days late acc to LMP) when I finally got positive (see image below) line progressions for the two days.

Clearblue has said 1-2 for the past week and having early private scan on Wed to see what’s going on.

Can I be 7 weeks and showing low or did ovulate late because of Covid and therefore only 4 weeks?! I’m so confused and stressed out by it all.

Any help / thoughts / advice MUCH appreciated. !!
