Miscarrying?? AGAIN 😭

So I got my first positive test on the 13th of July, last period was the 16th of June.! 
I took a test again on Thursday, cheapie, frer and clearblue.. both positive and 1-2 weeks… took cheapie this afternoon and it’s negative 😭😭
No pain no bleeding!! I have had two ectopics and several miscarriages… and just can’t believe am going through it again.. will attach photos 😭 first two pictures are form Thursday and last photo from today… 😭😭😭😭

I’m sorry for your past miscarriages 🥺. The bottom one I can very faintly see a line. Did you have an hcg drawn after you got the positives? Did you drink lots of water before the bottom test?

So I just took a clearblue, a frer and a cheapie and all negative…. Still not bleeding or pain! So confused! I should be 5 and 6 x
