This might be a dumb question but where or how did you sleep after your c section? I remember when I had mine 3 years ago I would sleep on the couch because I felt I couldn’t get up from my bed. I would use the couch sides to pull myself up. I’m having another one in September but the thing is I don’t have a couch anymore so I don’t know what I’m going to do. I’m looking into buying a rocking chair or couch to sleep in/feed baby in but also have limited space so idk if worth it. Anyone have tips or advice on how to get up from bed after a c section?
