so for this pregnancy i have been spotting on and off currently seen baby at 7 weeks 4 days heard baby’s heart beat and they said i had a cyst that looked like it ruptured already just went to pee and seen this not having any pains or anymore of the dark red spotting have an appointment tomorrow just worried :/
