Breast feeding

I was backed into a corner with breastfeeding when my baby was 2 months old. The antibody infusion I received when I had Covid left me uncomfortable with continuing BFing. To make a long story short if I squeeze my nipples liquid still comes out. What are the odds that I could start again? It’s been 6 months since I stopped.
