Very heartbroken over this. Had my first ultrasound at 6 weeks and saw fetal pole and heartbeat. Had a follow up ultrasound today at 10+1 and unfortunately they were unable to find a heartbeat. Pretty devastated considering there were no signs of a possible miscarriage happening and didn't see this coming at all. Has anyone else been through this at 10 weeks, what were the next steps (D&C or medical abortion?). Still waiting on a call from my doctor. 💔
