What would you do if your fiance didn't pay attention to you when you are in labor and can't breathe?

I'm sitting in my hospital bed at 5 am in active labor and I've been having a very hard time breathing for the past hour. My breathing is so bad that they put an oxygen mask on me and ordered a chest x-ray. My fiance was sleeping until x-ray kicked him out of the room for the examination. He's back now but wants to go back to sleep and is laying on the couch on his phone not paying any attention to me at all. I'm very scared right now because of everything that's happening and I expressed that to him but he doesn't seem to care. This isn't the first time either. Last night when I was having extremely painful contractions he didn't want to stay awake with me and decided to go to sleep. What would you do in this situation? To be honest I just feel like I want our relationship to end. I don't know if I'm just being dramatic but I'm tired of him not being there when I really need him
