Hot Housing Market Debate in USA
Would you purchase a home for the same price as what other houses are going for in that area but with less sq ft, a bad roof, leaky bathroom, mold, holes in the ceiling, and features not up to code? Or would you offer less? If so, how much?? My sister is trying to do exactly that and I am just curious to see what’s everyone’s perspective.
