35 weeks and sciatica??

So for the past week I've been having a full/sharp pain in my lower back that feels like pressure and nerve pain but it doesn't travel to me legs or anything, it stays in my lower back or sometimes goes up to my middle back. 
I've had it off and on since 28 weeks so I'm assuming it's sciatica?..

I would suggest seeing a chiropractor! I never had before but I developed severe sciatica a few weeks ago that prevented me from even walking. I went to a chiropractor twice and do some at home exercises and it is seriously amazing the difference. Whether it’s sciatica or not it sounds like you may benefit from a chiropractor visit if that’s something you’d be interested in.

Sounds like it. It doesn’t always shoot all the way down the leg. Pregnancy causes neural inflammation. And your nerve could be inflamed above the muscle impingement rather than below it. Look up seated figure 4 stretch and lower trunk rotations. If it aggravates it then stop and start again but go slower.

I dont think so, mine travels all the way down my legs and will cause them to buckle. Could be a nerve, but I don't think it's the sciatic
