Need advice on Cramps in first trimester

Im around 4-5 weeks and I've been having cramps that feel exactly like my period cramps off and on for a few days now. No bleeding or spotting.

I haven't been pregnant in 7 years (my son is 7) so I don't remember what's normal and whats not.

Is it okay to have period cramps throughout the first trimester? When should I worry? They aren't severe, but they are pretty uncomfortable and only last a few minutes at a time.

Sorry I'm just freaking out and need some ease to my mind.
