Juicing helps nausea
Hey ladies I realized that juicing helps settles my stomach. The first juice I have tried were carrots, apples, and ginger which was refreshing. The second recipe I have made settled my stomach but also opened up my appetite. The second juice was Granny Smith apples, celery, ginger, and lemon with the peel. This was very refreshing and it settled my stomach for the entire night. No more excessive saliva, nausea, or dizziness. Just calmness. I even felt a little burst of energy. I don’t know if it will work for everyone but it’s worth a shot.
