Is it safe to fly at 6-7 weeks pregnant? This is my 1st pregnancy and I’m constantly over thinking everything.

Yes, you are normally fine to fly until 36 weeks pregnant. 
Unless you have complications or are high risk your doctor(s) may say different or not at all. Always best to chat with your provider!!! Im 20 weeks and still flying/traveling. Although you may want to ask a flight attendant for a airsick bag it brings out the worst for my nausea (I do have HG though)! Good luck 🍀

Yeah I think you're good to fly until 28ish weeks, then some places/airlines need a doctor's note!
