Prenatals vitamins

Is it bad if you stopped taking your prenatal vitamins? I stopped taking my prenatals vitamins due to sickness and no I can’t take the gummies either because the taste of the gummies makes me puke. Literally I can’t take no other supplements due to me puking everytime 🤮. When I got checked at 10 weeks and 5 days the baby was doing really good with a heart rate of 165. I will be 13 weeks on Wednesday and I get my next ultrasound on Thursday. I have cramping here and there but no bleeding. I eat small portions due to food not being appetizing and I feel nauseous afterwards.
