Hi this might be a silly question , but …..

I’m having really bad pain at the top if my bump it feels like someone’s ripping my tummy muscle apart or as if someone’s punching a bruise on the inside of my tummy. but near the top surface not right inside my torso and sometimes I struggle to walk and pushing a shopping trolley/cart is a no go . And I’m also getting cramps in my lower tummy in my pelvis … I’m 29+2 weeks , does anyone know if this is normal or what it is? (It’s only started in the past 4 days)
