Hello, anyone got any advice for me?

I’ve got mastitis had it for 3 days now have been taking antibiotics feel so rough

I have a massive lump in my boob, I’m trying to put a hot flannel on it hot showers and massaging it making sure baby feeds from it every 2 hours and I just feel no relief from it, it’s not massively painful but I just don’t know how I can get rid of the lump

Please someone help
