Finally after 3 years

Three years ago this past July 16 I suffered a ruptured ectopic at 8 weeks and this past Saturday I learned we’ve finally got our rainbow baby. We’ve been TTC 8 years all together. I’ve recently started having left sided cramps and it’s freaking me out. Mentally and emotionally I can’t deal with another loss of a baby or my last tube. Is this cramping normal? Also lost twins at 14 @ 12 weeks along after losing three babies in terrified it’ll happen again. I cry because I’m worried so much but my dr appointment isn’t until the 16th that’s the earliest they had open. Advice please!
