When should i test

I had miscarriage Feb 2022, and have been trying to track cycles since. Today i took a pregnancy test and got BFN ( according to OPK i am 8 DPO) according to my strips, when did i ovulate ? And when do you think is a good time to test ? Is it normal for your OPK to stay high even after ovulation? Mines has been high for the most part every day but i do have PCOS.

Once you get a peak OPK, you can stop testing. It generally fluctuates a bit which can be hard to interpret. OPKs don't confirm ovulation. Are you tracking BBT? I would guess CD 14 would be your first positive OPK but it's hard to tell.

With PCOS is very hard to pinpoint the exact day of ovulation. Your tests shouldn't be that high for that long. Have ypu spoken to your doctor about your PCOS and ttc?
