So I had triplets 3 months ago and have a 1 month old in my care that I also give breast milk (he takes 4 oz in a bottle, 2 oz breastmilk and 2 oz formula). They wake up at 12 am and then sleep until 6 am. I rotate breastfeeding the triplets so one always ends up getting a bottle and to do that I need to pump. I tried only pumping a few times a day but I have a HUGE oversupply. I pump 70 oz a day on top of breastfeeding. So I am making way more than they need right now and I want to try and cut back but I don’t know if I cut back if they will start taking more then I’m not making enough for them.
