Would you eat a smoked salmon poke bowl while pregnant?

I've been craving for a smoked salmon poke bowl for weeks but I've been told not to eat smoked meat while being pregnant. I'm wondering if eating it once would harm the baby and if so why? I used to eat those regularly before.

as long as it’s cooked to temperature and you eat it while it’s hot. otherwise you’re at risk for listeria or tapeworms. also you should limit your salmon due to the mercury levels. but otherwise on occasion it should be fine

I would... in the UK it's only mercury high fish that they advise to limit..
