Blood in Vomit w/ Acid??

I just experienced this. 
I was relaxing then all of sudden at 8:20pm-ish, I needed to puke. While doing so I have noticed a very acidic taste as well as noticed it has blood mixed in as well. Is this something to be concerned about while being pregnant?

I had this the other day too! Was first thing in the morning, had nothing in my stomach and hadn’t been able to stomach food properly for a few days and that’s why supposedly! Next time I threw up wasn’t there, keep an eye out but mention it if worried! (Mine was streaks all throughout) 💗
