i'm obese, but just noticed this random lump on my stomach. i've never experienced anything like this, at all. i've been having sensitive skin around my belly button due to sweat (fck this heat) and i'm not sure if this is due to a clogged pore, or a hernia? not sure how i'd get that though.

has redness and is very squishy as if it's liquid inside, slight throbbing pain.
