Is it normal to have a period that’s lighter than usual?
I started my period on Aug 1st. Usually I bleed pretty heavily! && my cramps are excruciating!!!! This time I’ve had ZERO cramping, && my flow has been lighter than usual. Is it normal to have lighter periods sometimes? (No chance of me being pregnant)
