I have guilt
So I’m Forsure I have either a ear infection Or strep throat and I need to go to the doctor but I like scared to call out because of the guilt I have for not being there also I feel like they think I’m lying which I’m not I just don’t complain about my symptoms at work and toughen it out.i don’t know what to say to my boss.
