Increase in Leukorrhea After Losing Mucus Plug

I’ve had a major increase in vaginal discharge after losing my mucus plug about 3 nights ago. More of my mucus plug has also come out this morning. Not really sure if it means anything but I’m hoping for good news at my appointment this afternoon! Fingers crossed! 🥰🤞🏾
