2 failed IUIs and now no ovulation

Ladies, I could scream. I have had 2 failed IUIs and was very excited and hopeful for this one. When I went in for my scheduled ultrasound and blood work- lining is not thick enough, my follicles aren't big enough and now my progesterone is showing I've already ovulated. Now, I think the IUI is off and my doc wants to see me on Tuesday- I only really talk with the nurses unless it is for the procedure.

Anyone have any advice or have it happen? Really deflated me today and I didn't know where to turn....my friends are all natural moms and my mom doesn't quite get it either.
